AI lead nurturing · Your next conversation starts here.
Leo reaches out first.
Then turns interest

Leo researches each company, writes a relevant first email and answers replies from your approved knowledge. Your team gets a qualified conversation with the context to take over.

A relevant first email starts here.
A little research.
A better reason to reach out.
Leo starts with a new lead from your CRM and looks for relevant details on the company's website.

01 / Before the first email
A little research.
A better reason to reach out.
Start with a lead you already have. Leo looks at the company’s website and connects relevant details to your approved services, giving the first email a reason to exist.
- Use company context beyond a first name.
- Connect what they do to what you offer.
- Keep researched facts distinct from buying intent.
Website research supports outreach to existing leads. New prospect discovery is part of Theo’s roadmap.

02 / Your voice, at every stage
A relevant message.
Still unmistakably you.
Shape the structure of Leo’s emails, set a communication style and add your signature. Use different templates for a first approach, an inbound reply, a follow-up and a final nudge.
CHOOSE A MESSAGE
These examples show how structure and style affect an email. Real templates and instructions are configured in your dashboard.
03 / Keep the conversation useful
An informed reply.
From knowledge you approve.
When a prospect replies, Leo uses the conversation and your selected Data Library sources to answer. Your website, service guides and FAQs supply the business context.
Source excerpts are shown here to explain the example; they are not extra content automatically appended to customer emails.
04 / A thoughtful follow-up
Good conversations
don’t have to go quiet.
Leo can re-engage a quiet prospect and make a final, polite attempt when there is no reply. Set the sending timezone, weekday business hours and reply delay to suit your team.
YOUR SENDING PREFERENCES
The sequence below illustrates three message types, not a fixed schedule for every lead.

Follow-ups keep the thread’s context. Replies and meeting status inform what happens next.
05 / Fit is different from interest
Know who fits.
Understand who’s interested.
Define your ideal customer profile, then let the conversation fill in the picture. Rostara keeps company Fit separate from buying Intent, with useful qualification context alongside the scores.
Simplified weighted matching for this example. Real scoring uses your configured criteria and available evidence.

06 / Give interest a next step
A qualified conversation.
A prepared teammate.
When a prospect is ready to talk, Leo helps move the conversation into scheduling. Your team receives what the prospect has already shared, so the next conversation starts with context.

IT support across Willow’s two studios
Hi Priya, I noticed Willow Design works across two studios. Northline IT supports design teams with day-to-day IT and planned provider handovers. Is support across both locations something you’re reviewing?

Inspect the draft before choosing an action. No email will be sent.

A few good questions
Before Leo joins
your team.
Is Leo a person?
Leo is an AI Lead Nurturing agent. You can configure the agent’s name, communication style and email signature in Rostara.
Does Leo find new prospects?
Leo works with the leads you bring into Rostara and researches their company websites to inform outreach. New prospect discovery is planned for Theo, the Lead Generator agent.
Can I review emails before they are sent?
Yes. Launch Control supports draft approvals, rejection and regeneration. You can use approvals for the first 50 outbound emails and continue requiring them afterwards.
Do I need a CRM?
No. When CRM is opted out, CSV import is available. Rostara keeps your lead records and conversation activity. Supported CRM integrations can sync that context when connected and configured.
What do I need before activating Leo?
Complete the agent setup, select Data Library sources, configure an email integration and connect a CRM or opt out. Calendar setup is optional and supports meeting scheduling.
Can I test a full email conversation first?
Yes. The dashboard simulator lets you preview initial outreach, simulate incoming replies and generate follow-up or nudge previews without sending emails.
Do these examples change my account?
No. All examples on this page are local demonstrations. They do not send messages, book meetings, change settings or update real leads.
